How long does a fence installation take?
A typical residential yard of 150 to 250 feet takes two to five days on site, including post setting, a concrete cure period, and panel and gate installation. Larger properties, rock, or heavy slope add time. Layout and material ordering usually add one to three weeks before we start.
Do I need a permit to build a fence?
Most standard residential fences under the height limit in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan and Douglas counties do not need a building permit, but height limits, corner-vision triangles and setback rules still apply, and taller or retaining fences can require one.
